What is a user account and what can I do with it?
The user account is the area on the switchplus website, where you can securely manage your contact details and products after logging in with user ID and password.
Only after having opened a user account, is it possible for you to benefit from our services.
Why does switchplus need my address and additional contact details?
switchplus needs your current contact details so that you, as the contractual partner, can be clearly identified, either in connection with a DOMAIN or a hosting product.
Furthermore, switchplus uses these data to be able to mail you information and bills. Due to missing or inaccurate data, important messages or bills cannot be mailed to you. That results in the blocking of your account or a service is no longer available. For this reason, please keep your contact details always current.
If you are the holder of a DOMAIN, your name or postal address will be published in the “DOMAIN Search” (the Whois).
What is a User ID?
The User ID is a numerical user ID and gives you access to your user account in combination ith your password. The User ID is automatically assigned to you and cannot be changed.

Can I delete my account?
This function is not available.

How can I perform address modifications?
In the navigation of your account, click on your description top right and then on “ADMINISTER MY ACCOUNT”.
To change the existing holder entries or the billing address, overwrite the corresponding data. On the bottom right, click on “save“.
Fee for the paper invoice
If you want to deactivate the option, so that you will only receive a free PDF file via e-mail you have to log into your user account and choose “Account Informationen” “Address and Password” in your switchplus user account. Remove the tick of the box “I want to receive all my invoices not only by e-mail, but also per letter post paying a fee of CHF 3.- per bill.”
